4Savage
4Savage is a male aftershave type fragrance which opens with piquant peppery top notes. A mixture of masculine spices is at its core with fresh citrus and woody undertones.

Blackberry & Bay
Unearth long-forgotten memories of picking blackberries with this High Street Inspired scent. Top notes of tart blackberry are complimented by aromatic bay leaves. A base of warm cedarwood provides the scent with a unique balance.

Chocolate Mousse
Light and creamy, Prime Range Chocolate Mousse provides all the deliciousness of the classic chocolate dessert with none of the calories! Top notes of powdered chocolate lead into heavenly notes of cream and cocoa.

Neroli
Zesty and sharp, Neroli opens with dominant top notes and Italian Neroli. At its heart, a citrus combination of bergamot and orange blossom frolic. A base of sensual amber and musk add depth to the scent.

Rosemary
Containing a single note of Rosemary, this scent perfectly captures the calming aroma of a wild herb garden. A must-have fragrance for those who love nature inspired scents!

  Style Range

Avobath
A truly Lushious scent, Avobath is tangy and refreshing. Top notes of avocado lead into a heart of lemongrass and seaweed. At its base, a lime accord creates a ‘fizzy’ feel to the scent. You can smell the bubbles!
Baby Lotion
Instantly soothing and recognisable, Baby Lotion is a delicate and powdery scent which has been much loved for generations. Top notes of lavender and sparkling citrus blend into a radiant core of rose, jasmine, and creamy iris. Oriental and musky base notes provide an all-rounded balance.
Fluffy Towels
Warm and cozy, Fluffy Towels captures that ‘straight out of the dryer’ scent. Top notes of geranium and carnation lead into a core of fabric softener. A base of Iris and white musk completes the scent.
Frangipane
This mouth-watering scent has an unmistakably sweet aroma. Starting with top notes of toasted almonds, this fragrance develops into middle notes of honey and almond and is set on a sweet vanilla base.
Lemon Thyme & Lettuce
Fresh and zesty, Lemon Thyme & Lettuce is a herby delight. Top notes of aromatic lemon thyme, dill, and tarragon unfold into a green core of lettuce and leafy foliage. At its base, citrus and herby undertones add to the natural feel.

Spiced Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin spice and all things nice, this scent is unlike any other autumnal fragrance we’ve tested before. Top notes of pumpkin spice and nutmeg blend into a core of clove, maple syrup before coming to rest on a vanilla and praline pastry base. In comparison to our Pumpkin Souffle fragrance – which is a warm and buttery scent – Spiced Pumpkin Pie has intensified pumpkin spice and a distinct caramel aroma.
Strawberry Shortbread
Strawberry Shortbread is the perfect balance between fruity and bakery. Top notes of candied strawberry dance with a core of intensely smooth buttery biscuit. A sprinkling of sugar adds a moreish element to this delicious delight.
Thousand Wishes
Thousand Wishes is a sparkling and magical scent. Top notes of popping fizz give way to a core of pink peonies. At its base, almond & amaretto provide a distinctive twist. What will you wish for?
Whiskey
Bold and enticing, our Whiskey fragrance oil is delicious and devilish in equal measures. Intoxicating top notes of bourbon lead into a core of barrel-aged whisky. At its base, vanilla, then cedar and oak add woody depth.
White Winter
Add a touch of festive magic to your candles with our White Winter Fragrance oil. Top notes of spicy cinnamon are heightened by a core of clove and mixed winter spices and a base of zingy orange. Inspired by a High Street scent which is often described as ‘the scent of Christmas’

Golden Wax Comparison: Which soy wax should I choose?

We are often asked questions such as ‘what is the difference between the Golden Waxes?’ and ‘which soy wax should I use?’ To help make this easier, we have put together a handy wax comparison chart for the Golden Wax 494, Golden Wax 464, and Golden Wax 444: The Similarities All three of the Golden Waxes are manufactured by AAK. They are natural, kosher, vegan and cruelty free. The most suitable dye to use with natural soy wax is the Inpex SD Dye . Additionally, all three waxes have very similar fragrance loads (10-11%) and offer fantastic cold and hot throw when used alongside Escentscia Prime Range and Style Range fragrance oils. The Differences When choosing which soy wax to use, you need to first consider the type of candle you will be making. For wax melts and small moulded candles, you need a wax which contracts as it cools to allow mould release and therefore the Golden Wax 494 is most suitable. Please note that the Golden Wax 494 is not suitable for pillar candles.   For ...

Candle Making Guide: How to prime raw candle wick

All wicks should be coated in wax before they are used. We offer pre-waxed candle wicks here for customers who prefer the convenience, but we also offer raw candle wick here for customers who enjoy priming their own wicks. Raw wick is unwaxed cotton wick. It is supplied in string-like format and is wound onto a cardboard bobbin. A step-by-step guide to priming your own wicks can be found below: Cut the required length of wick off the cardboard spool which it is supplied on.  Dip the wick into the melted wax and keep the wick in the melted wax until you see air bubbles rise to the surface. This generally takes a few seconds.  When this happens, it means that the wick has absorbed a sufficient amount of wax and the wick can now be removed from the wax. Run your fingers along the wick to remove any extra air bubbles and then lay flat on a hard surface. Once this has dried, we recommend repeating this procedure twice, but please note when doing the 2nd and 3rd layer you only nee...

Candle Making Tip: Cold-Water Bath Method

Introduction: For many candle makers, the cold-water bath method is a great way to increase efficiency when making wax tarts/melts and moulded candles. Traditional cooling methods may take several hours before a candle/melt can be released from its mould however, by using the cold-water bath method, this can be greatly reduced to around 10-15 minutes (depending on your mould.) The cold-water bath method also enhances the finish of your candle or melts and helps to create a much glossier finish! Our other candle making guides/tips can be found here! Method: Once you have poured your candle or wax melt, wait for the candle or melt to develop a thick skin; the length of time that this take depends on the size of your candle/melt, your pouring temperature, water temperature, and your mould.  Once this has happened and your poured candle wax is no longer molten, (yet still squidgy to the touch) fill a bucket or container with cold water.  Submerge your candle or melt ...
