Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice: 4Candles

Many of our customers will have concerns due to the Coronavirus outbreak and this blog post is designed to outline the steps which we are taking to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and employees. UPDATE: 24TH MARCH 2020 We are still open and dispatching orders in our usual timely way.   Due to the announcement by the UK government on the 23 rd March the directors have taken the decision to rotate and segregate its workforce. We have opened up our storage warehouses to also serve as functioning spaces for order delivery. This has further separated our amazing team into large personal spaces. New Glass Fragrance Oil Bottles

As an environmentally conscious company, in December 2018 we embarked on a new project in order to tackle our single-waste plastic consumption. This project, among other things, tackled our previous plastic fragrance oil bottles being replaced with new eco-friendly aluminium bottles. However, we have received some constructive feedback from our customers regarding the new aluminium bottles about it being hard to open the lids. We have therefore stopped using the 75ml and 170ml aluminium bottles. These two sizes have now been replaced by 60ml and 150ml glass alternatives. These can be seen in the image above. The new glass bottles were designed with the feedback from our customers and the advantageous elements of the glass bottles, such as having child-safe caps and being easily recycled. By changing to a glass alternative, we hope to have resolved the issue that has been outlined whilst still minimising the impact we have on the environment. We do still use the 600ml alum
