One of the advantages of using a wooden wick is that common problems with cotton wicks (such as mushrooming) are not applicable to wooden wicks. Another benefit of wooden wick candles is that since wooden wicks are rigid they require no support from a wick centering tool . This means that set-up is super simple, requiring only setting them in the wick sustainer and placing them in the container with a glue dot.
