  We will be closing on Thursday, 1st April at 4pm for the Easter bank holiday break.  Any orders which are placed once we are closed will not be processed until we re-open on Tuesday, 6th April. Saturday delivery will not be available for this Easter weekend only.  We wish all of our customers a lovely Easter break!

Golden Wax 444 The 444 is available with a 2 boxes maximum per customer per day. Golden Wax 494 The 494 now has a higher limit of a maximum of 4 boxes per customer per day. We will lift the remaining per day box maximums as soon as we can. The collection and shipping of the Golden Wax is still proving difficult with shipping containers in short supply in the US, and heavy congestion at the US ports. We will keep you updated but at this time we have a good flow of containers. Happy Candle Making.

Golden Wax 444 The 444 is still available with a 2 box maximum per customer per day. Golden Wax 494 The 494 will have a higher limit from 6pm today to a maximum of 2 boxes per customer per day. Express Service is now available again. We will lift the per day box maximums as soon as we can. Global shipping still has problems with the US having a shortage of shipping containers, this has led to higher shipping costs and unreliability. We currently have a good flow of containers crossing the Atlantic and hope to start building up stock levels to a point where the maximums are removed. We know there are a few people out there who think all of this seems to be 4Candles fault. Golden Wax 444 The 444 is available with a 2 box maximum per customer per day. Golden Wax 494 The 494 will be available at 6pm today with a 1 box maximum per customer per day. To try to make this as fair as possible we will have the following in place for the Golden Wax. • A maximum of 1 box (494) or 2 boxes (444, 464) per order per day, if customers order multiple orders of wax per day the order will be cancelled and will be refunded. • Express Service will not be available. Any orders with Golden Wax will have a despatch estimate of up to 3 working days not the normal 1 working day (not taking into account extra days for custom waxed wick orders). We will lift the per day box maximums as soon as we can.
