Golden Wax 444 The 444 will be available at 6pm today with a 2 box maximum per customer per day. Golden Wax 494 The 494 is still on track to be available on the 3rd of March as long as no further problems arise in the next few days. The wax will be available from 6pm on that day. We anticipate that there will be large demand for the 494. To try to make this as fair as possible we will have the following in place A maximum of 1 box per order per day, if customers order multiple orders of 1 box per day the order will be cancelled and will be refunded. Express Service will not be available Any orders with Golden Wax will have a despatch estimate of up to 3 working days not the normal 1 working day (not taking into account extra days for custom waxed wick orders). We will lift the per day box maximums as soon as we can.

What has happened is beyond comprehension. Even though we put a 4 box maximum in place per customer we have still sold thousands of boxes in the space of 4 hours. We are now out of stock again. We are expecting another delivery on the 3rd March and we will try again.

We anticipate that there will be a lot of people thinking that they need to order large amounts to stock up and we want to reduce this initial surge. To do this we have taken the decision to have the following in place until the 1st of March: · A maximum of 4 boxes per order per day, if customers order multiple orders of 4 boxes per day they will be rolled over to the next day. · Express Service will not be available. Any orders with Golden Wax will have a despatch estimate of up to 3 working days not the normal 1 working day (not taking into account extra days for custom waxed wick orders). We can push out large amounts of orders per day, that is not a problem.
